Founded by Jenay Cotterman, a seasoned expert with over 20 years of experience in real estate, right-of-way acquisition, construction management, and permit expediting, GHLP Services was created to provide reliable, start-to-finish support for commercial and residential projects.

Jenay is also certified in asset and property management, which enhances her ability to assess project feasibility and long-term value from a holistic perspective. Before founding GHLP Services, she built a long-standing career in permitting, land services, and real estate, with leadership roles in both the private and public sectors. Her extensive experience working with local agencies and regulatory processes gives her a deep understanding of what it takes to move projects forward efficiently and compliantly.
